The minor ice hockey league ECHL announced on Wednesday that Tebow will be a co-owner of an expansion team in Augusta, Georgia, alongside Hodges Management Group CEO David Hodges. The expansion application has been approved, and the yet-to-be-named club will officially begin play in the 2027-28 Season.
