Heavy rains brought flooding to Gaza on Tuesday, November 25, filling up streets and displaced people’s tents with water, according to Palestinian news reports.Quds Press quoted Civil Defense spokesman Mahmoud Bassal as saying that thousands of families were affected by rainwater flooding their tents.
About 91% of all homes in Gaza are now destroyed or damaged, leaving the majority of the population without safe, permanent shelter, the U.N.'s OCHA said.
