Josh Allen was in Laramie to have his number retired but he apparently had Colorado State on his mind. The Buffalo Bills star quarterback was back at the University of Wyoming when the Cowboys played Nevada on Nov. 22. Wyoming was retiring Allen's No. 17 uniform, and he spoke during a halftime ceremony.
