It continues to be a case of not who but rather how for the Miami Heat, who extended their winning streak to a season-best four in a row with a road victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

After the game, head coach Nick Nurse explained that Maxey originally suffered the injury in the first half and was evaluated at halftime, but still managed to suit up and finish the contest. He added that there were no further updates (h/t Austin Krell of On Pattinson).

McCain was able to get downhill and into the teeth of the Heat defense. That is a big step forward for him compared to his first NBA stint before heading down to be with the Blue Coats. The Sixers will continue to look forward to him making those strides.
