Leeds have reached an agreement to sign AC Milan forward Noah Okafor, and he's set to travel for a medical in the next 24 hours.

Taking to X, Plettenberg revealed that Leeds are now set to sign Okafor, with the 25-year-old agreeing to join and the "deal to be finalised soon". The Milan forward, who won Serie A during his time with Napoli, will undergo a medical on Wednesday this week and join for around €20m (£17m).
