Boston Mayor Michelle Wu has sent a strong letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, rejecting the Trump administration's threats over immigration policies and asserting that Boston will not "bow down to unconstitutional threats or unlawful coercion" from the federal government.

In a letter responding to Bondi's threats to withhold federal funding from alleged "sanctuary" locations, Wu said Boston law enforcement routinely cooperates with federal authorities on criminal matters.
