Phoenix Suns forward Dillon Brooks has been fined $35,000 for "confronting and directing inappropriate language toward game officials" following the team's 114-113 victory over the Minnesota Timberwolves on Friday night.

The Minnesota Timberwolves suffered one of their most frustrating losses of the season on Friday night, letting a late lead slip away in a 114-113 defeat to the Phoenix Suns.

Brooks fouled out of the game with 18 seconds left with a team-high 22 points and Phoenix down a point. Collin Gillespie hit a short pull-up with 6.7 seconds left as the Suns closed on a 9-0 run in the game’s final 49 seconds.
