A Georgia Lottery player won $1 million in the Nov. 22 Powerball drawing by matching all five white-ball numbers. The winning ticket was purchased at Publix on Pleasant Hill Road in Duluth. In the same drawing, a Jonesboro resident won $50,000 with a ticket purchased on the Georgia Lottery mobile app.

Publix in Newnan, Georgia, sold winning ticket worth $980 million for Friday, Nov. 14, 2025. Mega Millions numbers were 1-8-11-12-57, Mega Ball was 7.

The combined Mega Millions and Powerball jackpots are now over $1.5 billion. Mega Millions has climbed to $965 million and the Powerball to $546 million.
