According to a spokesperson, Home Depot stores will be closed on Thanksgiving in 2025. If you need any essentials for a home project you're working on this Turkey Day, you'll need to wait until doors reopen at 6 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 28 for all your home needs.
The home improvement chain Home Depot has found itself responding to recent calls for customers to boycott its stores. They boycott is primarily coming from a campaign called We Aint Buying It.
Most stores will open on Black Friday from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. But hours may vary by location so it’s best to check with your local Home Depot for exact operating hours.
Because Home Depot has a reputation for being one of those stores that’s always open, the home improvement giant closes sparingly. Whereas many retailers close for big holidays such as Labor Day, July 4th, and Memorial Day, Home Depot stays open.
A spokesperson for Home Depot told Newsweek "We aren't coordinating with ICE or Border Patrol” following boycott calls.
