Cargo ship caught fire at Port of Los Angeles

All 23 crew members have been accounted for and no injuries have been reported from the electrical fire, which appears to have started below deck, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. The ship's cargo includes hazardous materials.
A major emergency was declared at the Port of Los Angeles as more than 100 firefighters worked to combat a massive and stubborn blaze involving hazardous materials on a cargo ship, authorities said.
A fire broke out on a container ship in San Pedro Friday prompting a large firefighter response at the dock. The fire was reported around 7:13 p.m. on the container ship “1 Henry Hudson,” according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
The National Transportation Safety Board is set to vote on its findings into what caused a massive container ship to crash last year into Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge, which collapsed and killed six construction workers.
