Four Gainesville High School football players will be allowed to play in the team's upcoming Class 5A quarterfinal matchup against Langston Hughes, after the Georgia High School Association overturned their suspensions following last week's on-field brawl.

A University of Alabama at Birmingham football player stabbed two teammates Saturday morning hours before the team's game against the University of South Florida, the university said in a statement.

Forty-one Brunswick High School players have been suspended following the incident, the Georgia High School Association announced Tuesday.
