Microsoft has turned on Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 in Windows client operating systems by default in its Windows Insider Program preview releases, the company explained on Thursday.

Microsoft this week will release version 91 of its Chromium-based Edge browser, and will finally enable its performance-enhancing feature 'startup boost' as well as 'sleeping tabs'.
