The San Francisco 49ers are back at Levi’s Stadium in Week 12 of the NFL season with a “Monday Night Football” matchup set against the Carolina Panthers.

Fans can listen to Monday Night Football live with SiriusXM on channel 88, NFL Radio, for the national broadcast. Team-specific calls are available on channel 225 (49ers broadcast) and 226 (Panthers broadcast).

Week 13 of college football on CBS Sports Network features a lineup of games with major implications for conference standings and postseason positioning.
