Senator faced threats of retribution from Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth over a recent video criticizing unlawful military orders.

The Pentagon says it's investigating Democratic Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona over possible breaches of military law after the former Navy pilot joined a handful of other lawmakers in a video that called for U.

Sen. Mark Kelly, a Navy veteran, could be recalled to active service and tried by a court-martial, the Pentagon said.
