Can connect and access server directory to download and upload files using client application, that do all of this through a socket connection. This application get instructions then run it for each.

Syncback is nice. But over FTP when you start hitting thousands of small files the program's weakness is apparent. So are there any programs similar to SyncBack but have multi-threaded FTP?
