NWS: 6 tornadoes hit central Illinois, including EF-2 in Long Creek

Two tornadoes were confirmed in Macon County, with an EF-2 causing extensive damage to several homes in Long Creek, according to the NWS Lincoln office. The tornado had winds near 120 miles per hour. At least one tornado was confirmed in Blue Mound, but it did not cause any damage, according to the Macon County EMA office.
