Union leaders for Air Canada’s flight attendants said members would return to work after a deal was reached to end a three-day strike that grounded hundreds of flights, hitting around 500,000 customers.

The union for Air Canada’s 10,000 flight attendants said early Tuesday that it has reached a tentative agreement to end a strike.

The strike stranded more than 100,000 travelers around the world during the peak summer travel season.
