Social media site X and music streaming platform Spotify have been impacted by outages, causing chaos for users. X is reportedly down due to a "service outage", according to Down Detector, which is said to be linked to Cloudflare disruption.

Cloudflare said the cause of the outage was a configuration file that is automatically generated to manage threat traffic. Spokesperson Jackie Dutton said in a statement that ther
