Israel handed over the bodies of 15 Palestinians on Wednesday, a day after Hamas returned the remains of an Israeli hostage.

The handover means the bodies of two deceased hostages are still being held in Gaza six weeks after the ceasefire began.

Israeli forces have killed at least four Palestinians and wounded several others across Gaza despite a six-week ceasefire, as a Palestinian armed group announced recovering the body of another captive in the war-torn territory.

The foundation had already closed distribution sites after a U.S.-brokered ceasefire took effect in Gaza six weeks ago.

During an interview on "The Katie Miller Podcast," in response to what Miller called a "schism" in the GOP over Israel, Johnson said he wished "everybody would acknowledge the importance of that relationship," noting many Americans view support for Israel as rooted in "scripturally based, biblical reasons."
