OpenAI today launched a new, cheaper ChatGPT paid subscription plan in India called ChatGPT GO, priced at ₹399 per month ($4.60), which is more affordable than the ₹1,999 (about $23) per month Plus Plan.

The Go plan, available now in India, gives you 10 times more file uploads and image-generation credits. For access to legacy models and Sora, however, you'll need the costlier Plus plan.

The company has rolled out a brand-new subscription plan called ChatGPT Go. But the biggest news is its price: it costs the equivalent of less than $5 a month. This may sound like a dream come true for anyone who finds the current $20 monthly subscription too steep.
