Mamtakim Inc. issued a voluntary recall on November 25 for a fish product because of the threat of botulism contamination.

Yoplait Canada is proactively recalling one of their most popular products. All flavours of 200 ml YOP drinkable yogurts are being recalled as a precaution. Yoplait Canada issued the recall after discovering a potential defect in a packaging component that may result in plastic getting into the drinkable yogurts.

ARLINGTON, Va. – The Washington Capitals have recalled forward Bogdan Trineyev from the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League (AHL), senior vice president and general manager Chris Patrickannounced today. In addition, the Capitals have placed forward Nic Dowd on Injured Reserve (IR).
