A Florida retiree jailed in Saudi Arabia for social media posts critical of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has returned to the United States after four years of detention and travel restrictions.

After nearly a decade of expensive, hit-and-miss investments, Mohammed bin Salman is overseeing a behind-the-scenes restructuring of the kingdom’s all-important wealth fund.
