Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirms Washington, D.C. arrival ahead of meeting with President Trump and European leaders to force Russia into peace agreement.

Trump has been pressing Ukraine for a quick peace deal and an end to Europe’s deadliest war in 80 years, after concluding his summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Alaska last week.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy flies to Washington, D.C., on Monday under heavy U.S. pressure to agree to a swift end to Russia's war in his country but determined to defend Kyiv's interests — without sparking a second Oval Office bust-up with U.
