Java steward Sun Microsystems is proposing changes to the standardization process for the programming language to create greater visibility and participation.

Open-source Java software company JBoss Group said on Monday that it will participate in the Sun Microsystems-controlled process that dictates the technical direction of Java software.

Is it possible, with SCOM, to identify a java process AND determine the command line it was invoked with, or otherwise detect which .jar file the java.exe process is executing?
