Ottawa police say an investigation is continuing into an incident Thursday afternoon involving widespread 911 calls of a person spotted with a firearm in the Stanley Avenue and Keefer Street area in the city’s New Edinburgh neighbourhood.

RCMP officer injured by vehicle on Ottawa parkway
