A look at Tuesday’s Regina weather by Environment Canada. It’s -9 C at Regina International Airport this morning, with 10 km winds coming out of the southwest and a wind chill making it feel like -14.

Wind chill in Regina will make it feel like -13 C in the evening, Environment Canada said, and a number of roads in the province, including around the Queen City, have winter driving conditions.
