Mason senior Vivian Chase highlighted the area performances at the Division 2 state finals at Eastern Michigan University. She had the best area finish and was all-state in the 100 breaststroke by placing sixth with a time of 1:05.68. Chase also placed 12th in the 100 butterfly for the Bulldogs, who had an area-best 18 points at the finals.
