Jalen Green had an impressive debut with the Phoenix Suns, scoring 29 points in a win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Nov. 6.

Jalen Green made a strong first impression in his Phoenix Suns debut Thursday night, Nov. 6. Green scored a game-high 29 points in 23 minutes on 20 shots in leading Phoenix to a 115-102 payback win over the Los Angeles Clippers before a sellout crowd of 17,071 at Mortgage Matchup Center.

Green is a fifth-year veteran, but has plenty of room for growth at 22 years old. The Suns are banking on him developing into an All-Star caliber guard in Phoenix. But they'll have to continue to wait on that development as injury has stunted his debut with the team.

With his six three-point shots in Suns vs. Clippers, the 23-year-old Jalen Green broke the franchise record in his debut for the team.

Suns guards Grayson Allen and Jalen Green have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Hawks. Allen (right quadriceps contusion) picked up the injury during the second quarter of Thursday’s win over the Pacers and did not return.

Phoenix Suns are 3-5 this season without Jalen Green, who reaggravated an injury in the first quarter of their win Nov. 8 at the Los Angeles Clippers.

In Wednesday’s victory over the Mavericks, Devin Booker led the way for the Suns as he recorded 26 points and nine assists while Grayson Allen ended the game with 23 points, five rebounds and three steals. Now Phoenix will try to pick up their eighth victory of the season on Thursday night in a matchup against a struggling Pacers team.
