Russia hit a residential area in Kharkiv with a ballistic missile, injuring at least 11 people, Ukrainian authorities said late on Sunday, as the U.S. president presses Kyiv to accept a quick deal to end the war that Moscow had started.

Five people, including two children, were killed as a result of a Russian strike overnight in Kharkiv. The State Emergency Service of Ukraine said the victims included a one-year-old girl and a 16-year-old boy.

Ukraine said on Monday that at least seven people were killed and 37 others injured in overnight Russian airstrikes on the cities of Kharkiv and Zaporizhzhia.

Russian crude oil flows to Hungary and Slovakia via the Druzhba pipeline were halted on Monday, officials in Hungary and Slovakia said, with Budapest blaming a Ukrainian attack on a part of the network.
