Former India cricketer Mohammed Kaif recently came forward and talked about how tough it would be for star wicket keeper batter Sanju Samson to make it into India's playing XI for the Asia Cup 2025 after SHubman Gill's inclusion in the squad.

Sanju Samson wasn't always cheerful when he turned up for promotional events for the upcoming Kerala Cricket League (KCL) recently. He was unusually cocky and didn't hesitate to admit it either. "People say Sanju has changed;

India named their squad for the Asia Cup 2025, with Sanju Samson anticipated to be the primary keeper-batter. Ajit Agarkar noted that Samson's recent opening role was due to the absence of Shubman Gill and Yashasvi Jaiswal.

Much of that intrigue now comes from the IPL trade window - a system that’s been around since 2009 but has only recently started making headlines.
