Philadelphia 76ers big man Adem Bona gives an update on his progression in his recovery from his right ankle sprain.

Philadelphia were non-competitive against Orlando, and nowhere near the resilient team they have been for most of the season.

The team said he suffered a strained adductor muscle during a loss to the Magic on Tuesday. Watford is averaging 8.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 3.6 assists.

The Sixers were without Joel Embiid (right knee), Paul George (ankle), VJ Edgecombe (calf soreness), Adem Bona (ankle), and Kelly Oubre Jr. (knee). They lost Trendon Watford to a left adductor strain that forced him to exit the contest in the second period.
