Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins left Sunday's game against the Patriots after suffering a concussion in the fourth quarter.

Higgins hit the back of his head on the turf while trying to make a play deep down the field in the fourth quarter. He eventually sat up and talked with trainers, but left the field on a cart. At the time of the injury,

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins left Sunday's game against the New England Patriots with a concussion, the team announced. The injury ended his outing, leaving him with five catches for 31 yards in a relatively quiet performance.

Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow appears poised to return on Thanksgiving against the Ravens. Cincinnati head coach Zac Taylor said today that he anticipates Burrow playing on Thursday night.

Tee Higgins (concussion) and Trey Hendrickson (hip/pelvis) have already been declared out for Thursday according to Taylor. Higgins suffered his concussion late in Sunday's loss to the New England Patriots. Hendrickson is still nursing his hip injury from back in Week 6 that was then aggravated in Week 8.

Tee Higgins suffered a scary injury as the Bengals tried to make a late comeback against the Patriots. As Joe Flacco looked Higgins’ way on a deep ball down the right sideline, the wide receiver attempted to make a leaping one-handed catch as Carlton Davis interfered, and didn’t brace himself as his head slammed the turf.

Higgins was carted to the locker room. Davis was called for a 27-yard pass interference penalty, and Joe Flacco threw a 17-yard touchdown to Mitch Tinsley on the next play to draw the Bengals within 23-20 of the Patriots. On the play before Higgins’ injury, wide receiver Andrei Iosivas left for the sideline medical tent.
