An elderly woman unintentionally drove her car into a Great Clips salon in Evanston; no injuries were reported.

The owner of Urbanna Natural Spa Salon and Wine filed a tort claim, alleging downtown housing facilities are "chronic nuisance properties" that hurt her business.
