Ruben Amorim said that Manchester United are nowhere near being able to fight at the top of the Premier League table following their 1-0 defeat to 10-man Everton on Monday.

"They were the better team with 11 players or 10," Amorim said after Man United fell 1-0 to Everton. "I felt since the first minute that we were not there with the same intensity so they deserved the win.

Man United are undefeated in their last five Premier League outings. If they want their ambitions to climb to the top of the table to be taken seriously, they can't slip against Everton. The two are currently separated by just three points, with United sitting 10th and Everton in 13th.
