A winter storm is set to impact Minnesota, with hazardous travel conditions expected, and a blizzard warning issued for several parts of the state.
In Marquette, a record maximum snowfall for the date was set on Sunday with 11.5 inches of snow. This broke the previous record of 8.2 inches, which was set in 2018, the National Weather Service said. This morning, storm snow totals in that area have already reached 24 inches.
The National Weather Service has extended a blizzard warning in Iowa to 18 counties and has issued a winter storm warning for another county.
