Secretary of the Army Dan Driscoll traveled to Ukraine this week on a fact-finding mission regarding military technology as the Trump administration explores restarting peace talks.

Several high-ranking Army officials, including Army Secretary Dan Driscoll, are in Ukraine to help with peace talks.

The U.S. has signalled to President Volodymyr Zelenskiy that Ukraine must accept a U.S.-drafted framework to end the war with Russia that proposes Kyiv giving up territory and some weapons, two people familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.
