The NBA media landscape has experienced some significant changes ahead of the 2025-26 season. ABC and ESPN remain key networks on the NBA's TV schedule, but TNT is out after Turner Sports failed to reach an agreement on a new deal with the league.

After the flood of nostalgia from hearing Roundball Rock on the first NBA on NBC broadcast in more than two decades receded, fans were left with a mix of confusion and frustration over the season's first three weeks.
