Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones issues clear message on star wide receiver George Pickens' future with organization.

Pickens was the man of the hour in the 24-21 comeback win over the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 12. He finished Sunday's game with nine receptions on as many targets for 146 yards and one touchdown. That took his season total to 67 receptions on 92 targets for 1,054 yards and eight scores, dropping only two passes.
