Detroit Red Wings forward Alex DeBrincat notched his seventh goal of the season in overtime of Saturday afternoon's game, giving his club the 4-3 comeback victory over the Columbus Blue Jackets after they initially trailed 3-1.
DeBrincat extended it to 4-2 at 50 seconds of the third period, tipping in Seider’s point shot. Granlund cut it to 4-3 at 4:33 after tipping in Ian Moore ’s point shot before Larkin finished off a 2-man breakaway 33 seconds later to make it 5-3. DeBrincat then scored an empty-net goal at 17:59 for the 6-3 final.
