AC Milan attacker Noah Okafor is on his way to England today to sign for Leeds United, according to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.Leeds have sealed a deal to sign the Switzerland

Okafor wore the number 77 during his time at Red Bull Salzburg, and could choose to do so at Leeds with the number available - and it could be the perfect welcome gift for him once he completes his transfer. He has also work the number 17 during his time at AC Milan, although that is currently taken by Largie Ramazani at Leeds.
