Established in 1967, the SCL operated from Virginia to Florida and served as a vital link in the southeast United States. It eventually became part of the Family Lines System before being incorporated into today’s CSX. Our fleet of heritage locomotives, including the SCL, celebrates the #ONECSX team’s pride in the history of CSX as we continue to deliver for communities across our network. | CSX
