So this month, I did something that made me super nervous… I signed up as a member at Bright Cycle, Finland's first rhythm cycling studio 🧡🔥 I’m a total beginner at age 39. Now, two weeks in, I can already feel myself getting stronger 💪🏻 I’m not out of breath all the time anymore, and I can even increase the resistance. It's so fun and I feel SO proud �
